I developed the concept of the IBM Collaboration Framework to help illustrate how customers can go from business problem to technology solution and how to ensure the success of the deployment of that solution.
The following slideshares are the customer presentations from that work. All IBM Collaboration Solutions Business Partners and Sellers were trained on this and have used it as part of their consultative selling approach to customers.
The core concept of the Collaboration Framework revolves around using this graphic and whiteboarding a conversation with the customer to uncover business challenges in different parts of their business.
The example use cases in the later presentations give examples of how some business challenges can be implemented as guidance for extending into the customer’s own business problems.
